Silicone Encapsulation

Our proprietary Silicone Encapsulation process is used for encapsulating a reinforcing wire inside a silicone extrusion. We have two, certified class 10,000 clean rooms, one which is temperature and humidity controlled specifically for silicone encapsulation processing. Catheter Dip Molding / Tip Forming

Catheter Manufacturing: Dip Molding IC Med Inc: Dip Molding

We develop and manufacture dip molded balloons and parts. Our engineers can design a dip molding process for you from scratch, or optimize your existing process for production on our custom made dip molding machine. We can dip mold parts from 0.002"-0.020" wall thickness with smooth and textured surfaces.

We have designed and built our own tip forming machines. We are experienced in tip forming Polyurethane, PVC, Polypropylene, PEEK, PTFE, etc. We always welcome new tip forming challenges. We can produce flash- free tip formed products with long and short profiles.
